Over the last several weeks more of us have found ourselves working remotely from our Portland apartments. Set Regular Hours

Setting regular hours is important to your mental and physical well-being. Be certain to set your alarm clock, take scheduled breaks for lunch, and set a finishing time.

Do not just get up and start working. Instead, make a cup of coffee, have some breakfast, watch the news, exercise, and get dressed every day!

Sitting in front of a computer all day is taxing, both mentally and physically. Get up periodically and stretch or go to your private deck for fresh air and a change of scenery.

Get Out

Do not forget that pets need fresh air too! The next time you get up to take a break, instead of reaching for a snack, take your dog for a walk.
